The story begins when the Director of Natural Disasters, who is also one of the pioneers of Tagana, M. Safii Nasution checks the Tagana Public Kitchen in one of the disaster locations.

He saw the members of Tagana looking tired because they had been struggling in the Public Kitchen for days. The idea arose to create a menu for the Tagana personnel. It occurred to him to make Special Fried Noodles, moreover noodles are a food ingredient that is almost always available in the Public Kitchen.

From there, the term Tagana fried rice came into being, which was made especially for Tagana personnel who was kept in the middle. The Speial Fried Noodles is believed to lift Tagana's personal spirit. So, don't be surprised if this fried noodle gets the nickname 'The exorbitant taste made in 5 minutes'.
