JAKARTA (October 16, 2023) – The Ministry of Social Affairs already have an ISO 27001:2002 on information security management system and an ISO 9001:2015 certificate on quality management, therefore MoSA always follows the procedure which in time the implementation of Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) will be audited.

The beneficiaries in DKI Jakarta, in February 2022, based on Ministry of Social Affairs Data, are 213.945 family beneficiaries (KPM). “This data is far under 1.1 million that mentioned in the article,” said the Acting Head of the Public Relations Bureau MoSA, Supomo.

The details of the data such as 138.428 Sembako beneficiaries, 4.682 Family Hope Program (PKH) Beneficiaries, and 70.835 both Sembako and PKH Beneficiaries.

Ministry of Social Affairs noted that from March 2021 to October 2023, DKI Jakarta Government have disqualified the data for 5 times. However, other regencies do it more often, even for each month they disqualified the data. It is because of the Minister Decision Letter released every month to anticipate the data changes if someone passes away.

Details of disqualified data done by DKI Jakarta Government in MoSA’s Data related to the program assistance beneficiaries such as Sembako 36.894 persons, PKH 44.705 persons, and PBI 12.045 persons.

"The Ministry of Social Affairs has never received a request for the ineligibility of the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) of 1,143,639 by the DKI Jakarta Social Service, as mentioned in the news. What has been received in the DTKS proposal are 984,633 persons," Supomo explained.

Law number 13/2011 article 9 paragraphs 4 and 5 shows the obligation of local governments to submit registration and data changes as referred to in paragraph 3 delivered to the governor and to be forwarded to the minister. "In this case, it is clear that changes, both additions and ineligibility, are proposals from the regions," said Supomo.

Law No. 13/2011 Article 8 paragraph 5 stated that data verification and validation is conducted periodically at least every 2 (two) years. However, because population data changes rapidly, whether someone dies, moves, born babies, and so on, the Ministry of Social Affairs updates the DTKS at least once a month.

Supomo added that the progress of DTKS improvement carried out by Ministry of Social Affairs together with other ministries/institutions and local governments throughout Indonesia until now, as follows: 68,211,528 data have been put to sleep or deactivated, 41,377,528 data have been corrected, a total of 2,284,992 KPM of social assistance recipients have been disqualified, and 21,072,271 new proposal data have been received, 15,294,921 people have received social assistance and those proposed to be included in DTKS are 4,473,332 people.
