JAKARTA (4 July 2021) – The National Civil Service Agency (BKN) awarded the 'BKN Award 2021' third rank the to the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The annual BKN program is to appreciate the Ministries/Institutions that have succeeded in implementing excellent personnel services that have an impact on the positive performance of ASN and agencies.
The 2021 BKN Award event was officially opened by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ma'ruf Amin and was attended by all Ministries/Institutions online and offline, and announced at the BKN National Coordination Meeting in Bali recently.
The Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA) won third place (Ministry of Type B) for the category of Implementation of the Personnel Service Application System (SAPK) and Utilization of Computer Assisted Test (CAT).
SAPK is an application-based personnel administration service while CAT is an application system for selecting candidates for State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
The award won by the Ministry of Social Affairs cannot be separated from the direction of the Social Minister Tri Rismaharini who always oversees the importance of valid data and the involvement of all employees regarding the importance of their respective data to improve work ethic.
"All Ministries/Agencies are deemed to be ready and alert to face global challenges, especially during the increasing cases of Covid-19 pandemic," hoped the Vice President.
In the current pandemic situation, a change in ASN work patterns is required to create tough, agile and adaptive bureaucratic governance.
"Competition in digital era demands professional ASN management and development capable of global competitiveness," he said.
There are four benefits of the my SAPK application. First, realizing One ASN Data as part of One Indonesia Data. The Bureau of Organization and Personnel of the Ministry of Social Affairs informs all ASN of the Ministry of Social Affairs to update the data, so that reconciliation can be processed with the data in the SAPK.
Second, socializing the jargon "My Data, My Responsibility" as a form of personal responsibility to update the data.
Third, following the integration process of SAPK and ASN e-formation application.
Fourth, ASN personnel administration services in the form of promotions, leave, pensions and others.
There are two benefits of CAT for the selection process for CASN: First, it has won an award from BKN for its success in selecting CPNS in 2014 using the CAT method and continues to be used today by partnering with BKN.
Second, entrusting to BKN regarding the location of the CAT exam both basic competency selection exam and Field Competency Selection (SKB) exam.
The 2021 BKN Award for the Ministry of Social Affairs is planned to be handed over at the BKN Jakarta head office.
