JAKARTA (December 4, 2024) – Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Mensos) successfully mediated the resolution of the donation dispute involving Denny Sumargo (Densu) and Farhat Abbas on Wednesday night (04/12/2024) at the Ministry of Social Affairs Office. The peaceful meeting resulted in an agreement to refocus on the initial goal, namely Agus Salim's medical treatment.

Gus Mensos revealed that both parties agreed to end the dispute and prioritize resolving Agus Salim's medical problems. During the meeting, both parties apologized to each other and committed to working together for Agus' recovery. In addition, he appealed to Pratiwi Novianti's foundation, which raised donations, to complete the permits according to applicable regulations.

The Ministry of Social Affairs is also ready to assist in the foundation legalization process. Gus Mensos emphasized that fundraising must be carried out transparently and according to procedures to prevent similar problems in the future.
