JOMBANG (October 29, 2023) - Drought hit the Dukuh Tondowesi area, Klitih Hamlet, Klitih Village, Plandaan District, Jombang Regency, East Java. People were forced to dig between rocks and puddles of water in the local village river which had dried up.

Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini, who visited the village directly, said that the Ministry of Social Affairs would find a solution to this problem. Apart from drilling water sources, the Ministry of Social Affairs is also preparing water pumps to supply the water reservoirs that have been prepared.
