MANADO (October 8th, 2019) - "Tumou Tou" Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Blind Sensory Disabilities (BRSPDSN) Manado conducts eye health checks for service recipient of People with Blind Sensory Disabilities (PDSN). This health examination took place in the "Tumou Tou" BRSPDSN Polyclinic Room.

Head of "Tumou Tou" BRSPDSN Manado Kamsiaty Rotty stated that this health examination activity was a routine activity for service recipients. The rehabilitation center will follow up on the results of the service recipient's health examination. "If anyone needs further medical treatment, we will bring the recipient of the service to the hospital," he explained.

Kamsiaty Rotty also added that routine health checks for service recipients are a form of "Tumou Tou" BRSPDSN service as the implementer of further social rehabilitation.

"Our rehabilitation center has collaborated with the North Sulawesi Community Eye Health Agency (BKMM) in the health examination this time. Based on the eye health examination that has been carried out, there are two services recipients that can still be improved in their senses of vision through medical measures," he concluded.
