SURABAYA (16 January 2021) - Ministry of Social Affairs continues to develop social services for the community, which are easier, more affordable, faster, and integrated.

Director General of Social Empowerment Edi Suharto, accompanied Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini visited SIOLA public service mall in Surabaya. SIOLA public service mall, which was inaugurated on October 6, 2017, provides 164 licensing services from 21 Regional Government Organizations (OPD) of the Surabaya City Government. This Public Service Mall is a national model that implements one-stop integrated services.

Not only for processing permits, the mall is also used as the Surabaya Museum, and on the 3rd floor of this building there is also a "Corridor co working space" which is open to residents of Surabaya and can be accessed free of charge. Corridors are also provided for Surabaya start-up businessmen to carry out business development where it can use the room in the corridor to make events, discussions, and collaborations with other start-ups.

On the 1st floor there is a Surabaya souvenir center, which sells a variety of foods, drinks, fabrics, crafts, and other products, it’s the results of UMKM in Surabaya. On the 2nd floor there is Command Center 112 which is an integrated public service to deal with various problems in the community, both emergency and non-emergency. Within the Command Center, different agencies or agencies will be synergized in one room to receive public reports and to monitor city conditions. Public reports that are compiled can be centralized, so that it can facilitate data processing and respond quickly.

Director of PSPKKM, Director of K2KRS, Echelon I and II officials of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation and Directorate General of Poverty Handling, Head of OHH Dayasos Division, and Head of Sub-Directorate of LPPK were also accompanying in this event.
