JAKARTA (14 December 2023) – President of Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo visited the MoSA booth at Integrity Expo on Tuesday (12/12).  The Expo, which was held for two days on 12-13 December at Bung Karno Sports Station, was one of a series of activities commemorating Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) 2023 by Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

"I invite all of us, let's work together to prevent criminal acts of corruption," said President Jokowi at the opening of the Expo in Bung Karno Sports Station area, Jakarta.

This effort is what MoSA wants to realize through Cek Bansos application.  The Inspectorate General supported by the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin), is enthusiastic about introducing this application to visitors who attend MoSA booth.

Cek Bansos application is an innovative application developed by MoSA to facilitate the community in creating social assistance distribution that is more accountable and on target.  Through Usul Sanggah feature in this application, the public can report if there are indications that the recipient is the wrong target by attaching photos as evidence.

Acting Inspector General Dody Sukmono emphasized the importance of the community's active role in creating accountable supervision over the distribution of social assistance.

"A step, a breakthrough, is needed regarding monitoring the distribution of social assistance. Inspector General of MoSA hopes for active community participation which can be done through Cek Bansos application," said Dody.

Not only were Expo participants busy visiting the booth, but the general public, university students, and high school and middle school students also flocked to MoSA booth.  Apart from getting information about MoSA programs and Cek Bansos application, they can also take part in quizzes which liven up the atmosphere at MoSA booth.
