The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs cooperates with social pillars to distribute masks and vitamin packages for the poor and or those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The idea of distributing masks and vitamins from Karang Taruna was sparked after holding a video conference with all Youth Organizations throughout Indonesia, due to the importance of the involvement of social pillars in an effort to stop the spread of Covid-19.

The social assistance for masks and vitamins will be distributed to 514 districts/cities throughout Indonesia. Each package contains a non-medical mask, vitamins C, D, and Zinc.

"The mask and vitamin packages will be sent through PT Pos Indonesia, which had been prepared for a long time but due to constraints in the availability of vitamins, it was only launched today," said Social Minister Risma at the Launching of Social Assistance for Masks and Vitamins for the Poor and/or Affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic in in front of Aneka Bhakti Building, Salemba, Jakarta, Friday (27/8) morning.
