"We need a social granary because we don't know that under special conditions, road access might be closed."

That is a piece of advice from the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri Rismaharini, to the Cadets of Disaster Preparedness (TAGANA) in Trenggalek Regency, East Java Province. She suggested that social granaries be placed in locations that are still accessible so that they can be reached when emergency conditions hit the area.
