The Social Volunteer Jamboree Struggling for People's Welfare was officially opened by the South Kalimantan Regional Government as the initiator of the activity, together with the Ministry of Social Affairs as the Trustees, today.

This activity was attended by 1500 participants, consisting of Tagana personnel, Peace Pioneers and PKH Assistants from 13 Regencies/Cities in South Kalimantan Province. To enliven this activity, the South Kalimantan Provincial Government also invited Tagana personnel from East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, East Java, West Java to the Special Region of Yogyakarta. These social volunteers are the assets of the Ministry of Social Affairs who are at the forefront in managing disasters and poverty in Indonesia.
