In the past, Mamak Blandina Ngilawani (67) had to go back and forth to fetch water from the only old well in Lermatang Village, Kec. South Tanimbar, Maluku to meet their daily needs.
But now, the long distance and long time it takes to fetch the water is no longer a problem. The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has installed an integrated clean water installation to make it easier for local communities to obtain clean water.
