CIBINONG (October 16, 2019) - After receiving call center training for two week as many as BBRVPD "Cibinong" Social Welfare Services Government (PPKS) received certificates from the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA).
“This training is very useful for the "Cibinong" BBRVPD PPKS to prepare themselves to become certified call center agents," said Manggana Lubis, Head of the "Cibinong" BBRVPD Wednesday (10/16).
This training, said Manggana Lubis, had been carried out in three batches. This shows that many companies are interested in recruiting "Cibinong" BBRVPD PPKS as employees with call center positions.
Representative from ICCA, Robby Saputra hopes that the "Cibinong" BBRVPD PPKS will always practice as good call center agents. "Remember, the working world is very different from your daily life at rehabilitation center, there is no tolerance even though you are a person with a disability," said Robby.
