TEMANGGUNG (June 19, 2020) - Public Service Innovation Competition (KIPP) is an innovation competition within the central and regional agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) organized by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB). Organized to encompass documenting, disseminating, and promoting innovation as an effort to accelerate the improvement of the quality of public services and implemented based on PANRB Ministerial Regulation No. 5 of 2019.

The "Kartini" Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Intellectual Disabilities (BBRSPDI) in Temanggung with Innovations in Achieving Zero Vulnerability for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities through Care Sheltered Workshops is included in the 15 major Special Category Innovations. This innovation was developed to answer the problems that are often faced by people with intellectual disabilities in the community. Through this innovation, it can encourage the involvement of all stakeholders in the community to play an active role in efforts to improve the capabilities of intellectual disabilities and the creation of an inclusive environment to achieve zero vulnerability for persons with disabilities.

Going into the top 15 special innovation categories, the Kartini Social Rehabilitation Center still needs to break into the top 5. There are still many things that need to be prepared. "Good teamwork and support from all the Kartini Social Rehabilitation Center members" "is the key to success, so that this achievement becomes our success," said the Acting. Head of the Kartini Center, Langgeng Setiawan
