MAKASSAR (May 1, 2021) - The crowds of coastal Residents (Fishermen's Village) visited the "Toddopuli" Children Center Makassar which held a Ramadhan Bazaar. Various Staple Necessities such as rice, eggs, cooking oil, milk, instant noodles, food, and soft drinks are sold at various stands determined by the organizers.

Christiana Junus, Head of the Makassar "Toddopuli" Children Center said that this activity was a form of concern from the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Center for the surrounding community who had difficulty accessing basic needs at lower prices. In addition, the condition of the geographical location of the fishing village which is very far from the center of the crowd and shopping centers, is what made the Center take the initiative to hold this Ramadan bazaar, she added.

Lina, one of the visitors, expressed her gratitude for this Ramadan bazaar activity. "Yeah, Alhamdulillah, I'm very happy and helped by this bazaar, I think it's a pity for us who live here far from the market if we go there, we definitely need extra costs, besides, in this bazaar, we have everything we want and the price is relatively cheaper.

Mrs. Hayati from PT Bintang Mujur Abadi, who opened a stand at the Ramadhan Bazaar, expressed her happiness. "We are very grateful and happy with the holding of this bazaar, apart from being able to market and introduce our products, Alhamdulillah, it took less than an hour for our merchandise to be sold out by residents."

The implementation of the Ramadhan Bazaar only lasted one day on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at the "Toddopuli" Children Center Makassar. Even though it was crowded with residents, the implementation of this activity still took into account the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol.
