JAKARTA (June 2, 2021) - "Mulya Jaya" Training Center in Jakarta holds the ATENSI Creation Center (SKA) Trial which is a center for entrepreneurship and vocational development for Beneficiaries (PM). The purpose of the establishment of the SKA is to market the work of PM and former PM who have received Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) services.

SKA was also formed to increase the economic independence of PMs and Ex PMs. This is following the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini that SKA is a place where neglected/marginalized residents are given social rehabilitation so that they can be creative and gain access to a better life and are economically empowered.

Head of "Mulya Jaya", Ai Herliyah explained that this trial was following the direction of the Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Harry Hikmat and was an introduction to the community around the Center and to get input and interest from visitors. "We are opening this activity today as a means of information and introduction to the people living around the Center and later it will be officially opened by the Minister of Social Affairs and the Director General of Social Rehabilitation," said Ai.

"Unexpectedly, it turns out that the SKA Mulya Jaya has just opened, it has been crowded with visitors from everywhere, such as the complex community, Pasar Rebo Hospital employees, and others," added Ai.

SKA "Mulya Jaya" provides a variety of PM's products, including handicrafts in the form of sandals, flowers, bags, and many more. In addition, there are also sewing products such as bed linen, mukena, adult and children clothes, refrigerator covers. The visitors can also directly enjoy the processed culinary products of PMs, which consist of vegetable rice cake, chicken noodles, pecel rice, pempek Palembang, dim sum, toast, grilled bananas, various fried foods, and drinks. Do not miss the results of plant cultivation such as pakcoy vegetables, kale, red spinach, and green spinach.

Visitors can also pamper themselves by trying salon services in the form of cream baths, facials, scissors, washing, and hair blows at very affordable prices starting from Rp. 30,000 - Rp 100,000. SKA Mulya Jaya also provides a Mini Mart that sells various daily basic needs and laundry services for only Rp 6 thousand/kg.

"I am very happy with this SKA in our environment. We, residents here, have a relaxing place in the middle of the complex. Moreover, the food choices are also many and delicious. I heard that later there will be many more types of food that will be sold here. The facilities are also good, clean. Maybe a smoking area can also be provided to make it more comfortable to be here," said Indri, one of the visitors.

The SKA Mulya Jaya trial was also attended by the Head of the Jakarta "Jasmine" Center for Persons with Disabilities and the Head of the Bekasi "Pangudi Luhur" Training Center. The public's enthusiasm on the first day of the SKA opening spurred PMs' enthusiasm to present better works. Every criticism and suggestion submitted by visitors will be used as evaluation material to improve the services provided at SKA.
