Basic Food Packaging Involves Lay-off Victims

Of the 510 workers at the President's Social Assistance Packaging Warehouse in the Cipinang area, East Jakarta, more than half of them were laid-off victims recruited by the Ministry of Social Affairs to pack basic needs. Most of them are factory workers and daily workers who have been laid off by their companies because of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
