Being Victims of Layoffs, Tony Gets Basic Food Assistance from Minister of Social Affairs

On Friday (15/5), the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara directly distributed basic food assistance in Rawasari Village, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta. One of the residents who received food assistance directly from the Minister of Social Affairs was Tony Subakhtiar.

Tony initially worked as a security officer at a company. However, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the company was forced to lay off Tony for work. Now, Tony's family only depends on the income of his wife who works as a jumantik and RT secretary with an income of approximately IDR300,000 per month.

With this basic food assistance, of course, it will help Tony and his family to meet their daily needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
