BKN Talent Pool for the MoSA's Centers and Education and Training Centers Civil Servants
BANDUNG (August 28, 2023) - The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini opened the BKN Talent Pool activity for Centers and Education and Training Centers Civil Servants within the Ministry of Social Affairs, which today was carried out simultaneously for civil servants at BBPPKS Bandung, Bandung Social Welfare Polytechnic, Wyata Guna Center Bandung, Abiyoso Center Cimahi, Mahatmiya Center Bali, and Darussaadah Center Aceh.
Minister of Social Affairs Risma stressed the importance of talent pool activities for civil servants spread throughout Indonesia to assess the extent of the capabilities and knowledge of civil servants in various fields of assignment or specific work with the aim of obtaining a competency profile for each civil servant. Social Affairs Minister Risma also expressed her highest appreciation to the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) which has provided the opportunity and facilitated the implementation of competency assessment using the Computer Assisted Competency Test (CACT) method or a computer-based competency test.
Also, present is the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Social Affairs Robben Rico, Main Secretary of BKN Irma Sukmariah, Deputy of Population and Employment of Bapennas Maliki, Head of Competency Assessment Center for ASN Bajoe Loedi Hargono, Head of Regional Office III BKN Bandung Heri Susilowati, Head of OSDM Bureau of the Ministry of Social Affairs Suratna, and Main Assessor of the Ministry of Social Affairs Tati Nugrahati Sukaptinah.
