BATUBARA (September 11, 2019) - The Social Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Victims (BRSKPN) Ïnsyaf" in Medan held the inauguration of the launching of the Clean Drug Prosperity Village in Pakam Raya Village, Medang Deras District, Batubara Regency.

This activity is a strategy in developing a service model by empowering communities to prevent drug abuse.

On this occasion, the Head of BRSKPN "Insyaf" in Medan, Ahmad Sulaiman in his remarks explained that the handling of drug abuse requires synergistic and systematic cooperation both from the Police, BNN, Prosecutors' Office, Social Service and especially the community.

"Without the support of the community, it is impossible for us to be able to suppress drug distribution and abuse," said Sulaiman.

Sulaiman hopes that all cadres who have been appointed are able to work sincerely in providing services to the community, especially in Pakam Raya Village.

"This work is very noble, because your struggle will become history for the people of Desa Pakam Raya in combating drug abuse," said Sulaiman.

The inauguration event of the Clean Drug Prosperity Village was attended by members of the Coal DPRD, the Social Service, the National Narcotics Agency, the Health Office, the Polres Coal, Danramil, the Medang Deras Sub-District Head, youth organizations, village officials and community leaders.
