PURWOKERTO (November 4, 2019) - In the context of implementing the New Platform 5 Cluster Social Rehabilitation Program (Progress 5.0 NP) as the regional program coordinator, the Social Rehabilitation Center for Victims of Drug Abuse (BRSKPN) "Satria" Baturraden organizes Coordination and Synchronization of Social Rehabilitation Programs for Victims of Drug Abuse in Central Java Province and Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY).

Located at Hotel Aston Purwokerto, this activity was officially opened by the Director of Social Rehabilitation for Victims of Drug Abuse (RSKPN) of the Ministry of Social Affairs, M. Nur Sholeh. Participants who attended this activity included representatives from the Social Services for the Province of Central Java and Yogyakarta, the Social Service for Banyumas and Purbalingga Regencies, and IPWL for the Central Java and DIY regions.

The event which was held from 2-4 November 2019 consists of several activities, including discussions on social assistance and human resources and the delivery of information related to social rehabilitation facilities and infrastructure.

He also encouraged the participants to develop a motivational strategy "KIME" in dealing with Drug Abuse Victims (KPN). KIME is an acronym for communication, information, energy, and education. The activity participants also made a field visit to the Baturraden Napza PIE which was just inaugurated.

At the end of the event, participants discussed in order to discuss recommendations / input aimed at the Ministry of Social Affairs RI's RSKPN Directorate and BRSKPN "Satria" Baturraden. The recommendations generated in this discussion have been mutually agreed upon and signed by representatives of the IPWL Communication Forum for Central Java and Yogyakarta Provinces which will then be submitted to the Directorate of the RSKPN of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
