BRSPDM "Phala Martha" Conducts Socialization of e-SKP Application
SUKABUMI (November 7, 2019) - The Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Mental Disabilities (BRSPDM) "Phala Martha" Sukabumi carried out a socialization activity for the e-SKP application with a resource person from the Organization and Personnel Bureau of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
"E-SKP is an electronic system for Employee Performance Targets (SKP) which is designed for data processing and assessment in accordance with Government Regulation Number 46 of 2011 concerning Civil Servant Job Performance Assessment," said Emy Chotimah as Head of the Sub Division of Discipline, Performance Assessment, and Awards.
The activity which was carried out in the public service room "BRSPDM Phala Martha" was attended by all Civil Servants (PNS). It is hoped that based on applications, in the future work targets and employee performance can be measured and assessed appropriately and continuously.
