BRSPDSN "Mahatmiya" Distributes BanTu in Ponorogo
PONOROGO (6 November 2019) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Visual Sensory Disabilities (BRSPDSN) “Mahatmiya” Bali provides assistance to people with sensory visual disabilities who have received transfer of skills and assistance for two months. Where the assistants have participated in the Training of Trainers (ToT) of BRSPDSN "Mahatmiya" Bali instructors in September in Ponorogo Regency, East Java.
The activity was attended by the Head of BRSPDSN "Mahatmiya" Bali, I Ketut Supena, Head of the Aisyiyah Orphanage, Imam Fauzan, along with the Head of the Ponorogo Regency Social Service, Supriadi, as well as representatives of Training of Trainers participants who took place in the Aisyiyah Orphanage Hall, Ponorogo Regency.
The head of the Ponorogo Regency Social Service, Supriadi, said that hopefully the assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs through BRSPDSN "Mahatmiya" Bali can be utilized properly by people with visual sensory disabilities so that they can stimulate their independence.
Supriadi also added that the Ponorogo Regent also responded to and supported the Training of Trainers activities that had been carried out by BRSPDSN "Mahatmiya" in Ponorogo, and hopefully there will be a mentoring program in the future.
