"Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center Again Distributes Social Aid

BOGOR (June 10, 2020) - A total of 170 packages of basic food aid were distributed by the Bekasi "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center to the elderly persons affected by COVID-19 in the Bogor Regency area. This aid was received by the Secretary of the Social Service, Yanti Gunayanti in Bogor Regency Social Service Agency Office front yard.

During the pandemic and new normal period, the Bekasi "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center had previously distributed groceries social aid to several cities and regencies in West Java Province, namely Karawang, Purwakarta, Bekasi, Sukabumi, Cianjur, Cirebon, Indramayu, Kuningan, Majalengka, Tasikmalaya, and Bogor. As many as 1645 from 3038 packages of basic food aid have been distributed in those cities/regencies.

Hopefully, as many as 170 basic food assistance distributed in Bogor Regency would be some help," said Hanna.

In this occasion, Secretary of the Bogor Regency Social Service Yanti Gunayanti expressed her appreciation to the "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center. "This aid is certainly very useful for the elderly group. The elderly group is one of the groups vulnerable to COVID-19. I hope the food aid consisted of nutritious foods could fulfil their daily needs. "

The elderlies receiving social assistance were touched and thanked Bekasi's "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center.
