BEKASI (June 28, 2021) - Following up on the Official Memorandum dated 25 June 2021 from the Head of the Organization and Personnel Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs Number: 1806/1.3/KP.08.01/06/2021 concerning the Implementation of Antigen Swab Tests, Bekasi "Budhi Dharma" Center carried out swabs The antigen was attended by 41 State Civil Servants (ASN) and 16 Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN).

This antigen swab was carried out in accordance with the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri Rismaharini as an anticipatory measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This was also done considering the increase in positive cases of COVID-19 that occurred in Indonesia.

In Bekasi City itself, the Bekasi City Health Service, West Java, recorded 1,109 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday (27/62021). With this addition, the total positive cases of COVID-19 in Bekasi City have now reached 51,651 cases. Seeing this, the Center responded quickly, also distributing health packages to all employees in the form of masks, hand sanitizer, hand washing soap, multivitamins, and milk.

Another effort made to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Center environment is by spraying and fogging disinfectants in all Center areas including the office area, senior citizens' home, employee's official residence, and the ATENSI Creation Center (SKA) area. When carrying out the spraying, officers use complete personal protective equipment (PPE), including hazmat suits, masks, face shields, hand scoops (gloves), and safety shoes.

Bekasi "Budhi Dharma" Center also continues to implement the 5 M health protocol, namely wearing a mask, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds, and limiting mobilization and interaction. Pujiyanto as Head of the Center also conveyed other efforts to prevent COVID-19, namely by implementing the Work From Home system or working from home and Work From Office or working from the office.

"Employee arrangements have been made with 90 percent of employees carrying out WFH while the remaining 10 percent of employees who live in the center remain in the office or carry out WFO," said Pujiyanto.
