BOGOR (19 May 2021) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Harry Hikmat reviewed the development of the ATENSI Creation Center (SKA) at Ciungwanara Center, Bogor.

 

The Director General of Social Rehabilitation directed that the Center needs to prepare SKA with a culinary concept, namely an area with various types of food. This is to support the representation of expertise of each beneficiary and the family.

 

Another important thing to pay attention to is redesigning one of the buildings to become an integrated workshop and showroom. This showroom is functioned to show the work of the beneficiaries, then for tourists who want to see the creation of the work in person, a workshop has also been provided.

 

The workshop was for making Ciwitan batik, which is typical of Ciungwanara Center, accessories from beads, clothes made by beneficiaries, to making doormats from patchwork.

 

In addition, accessibility for persons with disabilities is also the topic of this workshop. Both the Center and SKA buildings need to be equipped with accessible paths for persons with disabilities.
