He added that the 2020 HKSN theme fits perfectly with the current pandemic conditions, namely "Social Solidarity Against COVID-19".

Muhadjir continued that social solidarity is reflected in the attitude of sharing based on mutual cooperation, willingness, loyalty, togetherness, tolerance, and equality and increasing the dignity, worth and welfare of the community.

"The government has made various efforts to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic disaster and this is our shared responsibility. Through this HKSN, let's increase awareness and discipline in implementing the 3M movement, namely using masks, washing hands and maintaining distance," said Muhadjir.

The Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, Harry Hikmat while accompanying Muhadjir on a visit to the "Tumou Tou" Center in Manado, said that Muhadjir really appreciated the 2020 HKSN activities in Manado City, especially seeing the work of beneficiaries at the Ministry of Social Affairs unit hall in providing services for people with disabilities.

"Earlier, the Minister of Social Affairs tried the massage skills of people with visual impairments, who are beneficiaries of the Manado "Tumou Tou" Center, for more than twenty minutes, and he appreciated the performance of the Ministry of Social Affairs's Center for helping the independence of the vulnerable," explained Harry.

Harry advised that the products produced by beneficiaries assisted by the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs Unit Center could improve the quality of their products and be able to cooperate with business actors to market products.

Harry also encouraged all Centers unit of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs to carry out other activities that could increase the productivity of beneficiaries.

In addition, the Ministry of Social Affairs will also change the nomenclature of the name of the Center to eliminate stigma and discrimination against those who are vulnerable, who tend to be considered as nurturing people who experience problems and damage, explained Harry as conveyed by the Public Relations Team of the Palu Disability Center "Nipotowe".
