Commemorating National Children's Day, Budi Perkasa Center Conducts Campaign to Prevent Early Marriage
MASBAGIK (July 29, 2022) - In the series of commemorations of National
Children's Day (HAN) 2022, Budi Perkasa Center Palembang conducted a campaign
to prevent early marriage at SMP Negeri 3 Masbagik.
Participated by 173 students, the event was
enlivened by providing education about early marriage through interactive
games.
The event was opened by the principal, Idris, and
attended by Masbagik district head, and the team from the Ministry of Social
Affairs. The students participated in the event enthusiastically.
In his speech, Idris expressed his gratitude to
the Ministry of Social Affairs for including SMPN 3 in the campaign at HAN this
year.
"We hope that events like this will
continue because it is very beneficial for students, considering the high rate
of early marriage here", he said.
Hopefully, this campaign can prevent and
reduce the number of early marriages in NTB, especially in Masbagik District.
