The Signing of Cooperation Agreement, Realizing the Best Inter-Agency Service

BATANGHARI (24 February 2021) - Welcoming the development of an integrity zone towards a Corruption Free-Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM), the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through the Class II Muara Bulian Special Development Institute for Children (LPKA) held a Promise Declaration Performance and Signing of Cooperation Agreement. The event was attended by 31 government agencies, including the Ombudsman, Muara Bulian Police, Muara Bulian District Court, BNN Batanghari Regency, and PKBM Vidya Indah.

Children Center Alyatama as the UPT of the Ministry of Social Affairs was one of the agencies that signed a cooperation agreement with LPKA Class II Muara Bulian. As of 2017, Alyatama Children's Center has collaborated with LPKA Class II Muara Bulian in developing independence in the form of therapy and job training for subsidiary children.

Self-reliance development activities are given to children to gain work knowledge and skills in the context of serving a penalty in lieu of fines in the form of work training and pure free children at Alyatama Children's Center

The Head of the Children's Center Alyatama, Lifyarman, and the Head of LPKA Class II Muara Bulian, Marojahan Doloksaribu signed a cooperation agreement which contains the scope, duties, and responsibilities, as well as implementation procedures during child development. Lifyarman stated that the signing of the cooperation agreement actually continued the agreement that had been built between Alyatama Children's Center and LPKA Class II Muara Bulian.

"The agreement between the two institutions, of course, in addition to increasing connections and networks in providing social rehabilitation services, also support the implementation of ATENSI for children against the law," explained Lifyarman.

Marojahan in his remarks said that to create a Corruption Free Area (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) in Class II LPKA Muara Bulian environment, good cooperation with various government agencies is certainly needed.

"The presence of all ladies and gentlemen today shows the desire to carry out public services that are WBK and WBBM in nature. Hopefully, the good things we do for the nation can bring about good changes for us as the implementers of change, "said Marojahan.
