BANDUNG (3 July 2021) – Social Minister Tri Rismaharini has instructed to establish a public kitchen for the Covid-19 pandemic emergency response service.

A public kitchen was established in Wiyata Guna Center of ​​Bandung City. At its initial stage, it will distribute eggs for health workers.

"For the initial stage, we will distribute 2,400 eggs per day to health workers," said Social Minister  Tri Rismaharini in Jakarta, Saturday (3/7/2021).

 Last night, a total of 2,400 eggs were boiled and at 7 this morning, the eggs have been wrapped and ready to be distributed using the Wyata Guna Center vehicle.

The eggs distribution targets health workers in hospitals in Bandung City and Bandung Regency, as well as the Beneficiaries (PM), Disaster Preparedness Cadets (Tagana) and their families.

Every two eggs are packed in one package. Therefore, there are 1,200 packages of eggs. The remaining available eggs stock is 850 kg or about 13,440 eggs.

Other than Bandung City, Social Minister also instructed to establish public kitchen at the Prof. Dr. Soeharso Solo Center in Central Java.
