Cpl Wisnari's Last Message to the Wife: Don't Forget the Prayers
PROBOLINGGO (April 26, 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs Psychosocial Support Services (LDP) team from the "Mahatmiya" Center for Disabilities in Bali today returned to the house of Cpl. Wisnari, one of the victims of the sinking of the KRI Nanggala 402 in Probolinggo City. The Center dispatched social workers and psychologists to provide psychosocial support services to families in accordance with the directions of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini through the Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Harry Hikmat.
The flowers lined up at his house as a sign of condolences from relatives and the agency where Wisnari is serving. The LDP team was received by the victim's father and wife. While holding her youngest child, Satria Bakti Nusantara (9 months), Eka Umbriah Hasanah, Wisnari's wife, has red and puffy eyes and a sad expression on her face.
With a psychological educational background, the Head of the Social Rehabilitation Services Section, Herlin Wahyuni Hidayat, strengthened the victim's wife psychologically. "Look at the mother's children in front of her and also the youngest, they will have peace of mind and soul if the mother has sincerity, calm, and strength because the source of their strength is in the mother," said Herlin.
Herlin also tried to understand what Hasanah was feeling, letting her cry to release the burden that she had been harboring for so long. Suddenly Hasanah took out her cell phone and showed the message of the conversation with her husband. "Look at this conversation, my husband said don't forget to pray often and he felt what he was conveying was a will that he would die. I didn't expect this to be our last conversation," she said while wiping away tears.
Accompanied by her parents who also shed tears, all the burdens felt by the mother of three children finally spilled over. At the end of the meeting, Hasanah's father said that this was the first time she wanted to talk, previously she had just been silent and cried.
Cpl. Wisnari left a wife and three children, Satria Mahardika (9), Satria Arva Wirastya (6), and Satria Wira Bhakti Nusantara (9 months). Currently, compensation for heirs from the Ministry of Social Affairs is being prepared for the victims' families, and educational assistance from the Ministry of Education and Culture.
