Creating Peace by Conducting Local Wisdom Culture

Banten Provincial Social Service held a degree of local wisdom culture on Wednesday (11/12). This activity aims to actualize the values of local wisdom. Thus, the mentality of the community can be protected from the ideas of radicalism and terrorism. In addition, this activity is also to maintain friendship between silat foundation in Banten so as to maintain peace in the community.

The event, entitled the local wisdom culture, was followed by 11 paguron or silat foundation in Banten. Every paguron, previously, has received funding assistance from the local wisdom of the Directorate of Social Protection for Social Disaster Victims (PSKBS) of the Ministry of Social Affairs, each amounting to 50 million rupiah for development. The activity is a measure of the success of the program implemented by the Ministry of Social Affairs in maintaining the values of local wisdom to improve harmony in community life.
