JAKARTA (September 21, 2019) - A week ago, the 3rd President of Indonesia, BJ Habibie, was buried in the Main National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU) in Kalibata and the tomb of BJ Habibie located on block M 120 which is next to the grave of his beloved wife Ainun Habibie. The Ministry of Social Affairs which is responsible for the maintenance of Main National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU) have installed B.J Habibie gravestone.

The Director General of Social Empowerment, Pepen Nazaruddin, who was seen while visiting the tomb of the 3rd President of the Republic of Indonesia, said that he wanted to see the installation of the gravestone and pray directly in front of the tomb of B.J Habibie.

"I deliberately came here to see the installation of gravestone at once while praying for him. The last time I came here was the night of the funeral preparations and the next day when the funeral was underway," Pepen said.

Furthermore, continued Pepen, B.J Habibie is a figure who is loved by the people. This can be seen from the great enthusiasm of the people who came to Kalibata Main National Heroes Cemetery (TMPNU) to witness his funeral.

"There are even people who come from outside Jakarta to come to see his grave and pray for him," Pepen said.

Pepen said that it was not only the grave of the late B.J Habibie that was carried out in the arrangement, but all the tombs in Kalibata were arranged and maintained.
