BOGOR (October 15th, 2019) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation Edi Suharto gave a briefing in the activities of the Technical Meeting Internal Directorate of Elderly Social Rehabilitation held at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Gunung Geulies, Bogor, West Java.

Edi Suharto said that there are seven happiness in work, namely the quality of leadership, friendship, openness, good communication, respect, there are always challenges and opportunities, positive thinking, and a comfortable environment.

"For that, all employees must be happy because the key to the success of an organization is the happiness of its employees. There is a positive correlation between work happiness and the optimization of employee performance," said Edi Suharto.

This activity was carried out for four days on October 14-17, 2019 with a total of 65 participants representation from three Elderly Social Rehabilitation UPT and all employees of the Directorate of Elderly Social Rehabilitation.
