Director General of Social Rehabilitation Visits Social Rehabilitation Center in Bandung, Ensuring Service Modernization
BANDUNG (June 20th 2020) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Ministry of Social Indonesia, Harry Hikmat accompanied by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, Idit Supriadi Priatna visited the "Abiyoso" Literacy Center and the "Wyata Guna" Disability Center in Bandung, West Java.
On visits to these two centers, the Director General for Social Rehabilitation emphasized to continue to improve social rehabilitation services. "Given the message from the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara that the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation is the builder of human civilization, we need to focus on improving services, including modernizing service support tools," he said.
There is an attraction in this visit, which is a form of Ministry of Social Affairs' attention for friends with visual impairments which is manifested in the form of a talk book. The Director General of Social Rehabilitation was also invited to see the audio box room for recording talk books, then the talking book editing room to inspect the braille book production room.
During this visit, Director General for Social Rehabilitation was accompanied by the Head of General Affairs, the Head of the Literacy Center "Abiyoso, the Head of the Disability Center" Wyata Guna "and his staff.
