Dissemination of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 within the Ministry of Social Affairs
JAKARTA (February 9, 2023) - The Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Tri Rismaharini provided direction and strengthening to all employees of the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Provision of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning Procurement of Goods and Services at the Aneka Bhakti Building of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, Central Jakarta, Thursday morning (9/ 2).
In her direction, the Minister of Social Affairs Risma invited the KPA, PPK, Procurement Officers, Treasurers, Verifiers, and other Financial Applicators to work in a disciplined, honest, and thorough manner so as to create budget efficiency referring to the latest regulations regarding Government Procurement of Goods/Services. Secretary General Harry Hikmat moderated the activity and presented a guest speaker Deputy for Legal Affairs and LKPP Objection Settlement Setya Budi Arijanta and the Director of LKPP Catalog System Development Yulianto Prihandoyo. The event was attended by Echelon I, II, and III, Functional and Implementing Officials within the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs.
