PEKANBARU (July 10, 2020) - The Center for the Social Rehabilitation of Children in Need of Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Rumbai" in Pekanbaru in collaboration with PT Pos Indonesia for the Pekanbaru Region carried out the distribution of Phase III Cash Social Assistance (BST) to 4,191 Family Beneficiaries (KPM) who had registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS). The distribution of BST phase III took place at the "Rumbai" Children's Center building in Pekanbaru for 4 days, starting from 10-13 July 2020. Each KPM received BST worth IDR600.000.

The Head of the "Rumbai" Children's Center, Ahmad Subarkah, welcomed the Phase III BST distribution activity at the "Rumbai" Children's Center and hoped that the BST recipient community would maintain cleanliness, sense of security, order, and follow health protocols and if there were problems they could be resolved. or ask the staff.

On this occasion, Ahmad Subarkah also socialized the existence of the "Rumbai" Children's Center as a Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs in Riau Province, as well as socializing the Center's programs and activities through social rehabilitation programs for children who need special protection.

"In this Phase III distribution, we must continue to comply with health protocols, such as using masks everywhere and maintaining distance," said Head of the Pekanbaru Post Office, Aswin Marzuki in his directive. Aswin Marzuki also expressed his gratitude because the Pekanbaru “Rumbai” Children's Center was willing to facilitate the distribution of stage III BST, where the KPM PKH recipients came from the Rumbai and Rumbai Pesisir sub-districts.

The KPMs would like to thank the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs for this assistance. They will use this assistance to buy daily necessities such as basic necessities and children's school fees.
