DPR RI Wants Obstacles of Social Assistance Distribution to be Addressed Immediately

The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security together with Commission VIII of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) monitors the acceleration of the distribution of PKH social assistance and the Basic Food Program in South Kalimantan Province.

"Alhamdulillah, the progress is quite good, 93 percent (of social assistance) has been distributed," said Robben Rico, Secretary of Directorate General of Social Protection and Security .

Although there are obstacles in the field, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Commission VIII of the DPR RI have agreed to solve them together. This is proof of the government's synergy in accelerating the national economic recovery through the distribution of social assistance for Beneficiary Families (KPM).
