Indonesia is a country with a geographical area that is prone to disasters. In accordance with Law Number 24 of 2007 concerning Disaster Management, the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs has the task of handling evacuee clusters in addition to protection clusters as well as logistics.

In providing the best protection for victims affected by disasters, the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs pays great attention to the important aspects that the evacuees must have, in order to create a comfortable and safe environment to live in for a while.
