The Minister of Social Affairs also took the time to chat with the aid recipients and the Head of Sub-district, Head of Village, RT and RW. Information was obtained that the recipient data was obtained from the deliberation process in villages and sub-districts by name by address (BNBA) and then went up to the mayor.

Regarding the origin of social assistance, local people receive social assistance both in cash and basic necessities from the provincial government as well as from the city government. There is good management, where local government officials arrange in such a way that assistance can be distributed evenly.
