Floods in Serang City, Ministry of Social Affairs Distributes Logistics

Chairman of Commission VIII of Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Yandri Susanto, along with the Director General of Social Security, Pepen Nazaruddin, handed over assistance to affected residents in 3 flood locations in Serang City, namely in Kaujon District, Margasari District, and Dranggong District, Tuesday (1/3).

Floods occur due to constant rain which causes along the Kali Banten river to overflow into several areas in Serang City with a depth of 2 meters to 5 meters. The assistance provided was in the form of basic necessities, such as blankets, mattresses, ready-to-eat food, family kits, kids ware, foodware, and so on.
