"Galih Pakuan" Resident Center Held Farewell and Welcome Ceremony for the Head of the Center
BOGOR
(14 June 2021) - Rotation is a part
of organizational dynamics. This can happen in all work units, including the
Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, Ministry of Social Affairs of the
Republic of Indonesia.
The leadership rotation also took place at the
Galih Pakuan Resident Center, Bogor, where there was a change in the head of
the Center, from the one previously held by Ujang Taofik Hidayat to Hendra
Permana.
Previously, the inauguration was held on June
10, 2021, followed by a certificate procession the next day.
The farewell event was held at the Galih
Pakuan Resident Center, Bogor, today, Monday, June 14, 2021. An atmosphere of
emotion and intimacy colored this farewell event.
Starting his speech, Ujang Taofik Hidayat, who
has now been appointed as the Head of Administration of BBPPKS Yogyakarta,
expressed his happiness in being part of the big family of the Galih Pakuan
Resident Center, Bogor. "I have always respected and been proud of the big
name of Galih Pakuan. Now, I am also proud to have been a part of Galih
Pakuan," said Ujang.
On the same occasion, the Head of Galih Pakuan
Bogor Resident Center, Hendra Permana, who previously also served as the Head
of the Satria Baturaden Resident Center, said that this Center had a lot of
potential that could be optimized. "There are many sources in this Center
that we can develop, I am optimistic that we can do it, Galih Pakuan will
become big again," said Hendra in his speech.
During his tenure as Head of the Resident
Center of Galih Pakuan, Ujang Taofik Hidayat's leadership made an impression on
the employees of the Center. On the occasion of this farewell event, some messages and impressions were conveyed by several employees, one of which
was Asti Mustikaati. "The impression I can give when talking about Mr.
Ujang is that he is a hard worker and innovative, Mr. Ujang has brought big
changes to this Center, for that, we thank you very much, and congratulations
on serving in a new place, hopefully always healthy and successful," said
Asti.
