Improving Service Quality, "Wyata Guna" Center Holds Internal Audit Technique Training

BANDUNG (24 May 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through "Wyata Guna" Center in Bandung carried out the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001: 2015 Internal Audit Training for the ISO Management Team of "Wyata Guna" Bandung.

 

Since 2019, "Wyata Guna" has received the title of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System for the ATENSI (Social Rehabilitation Assistance) Program for Persons with Sensory Disabilities. Owned certificates show that the social rehabilitation services of the "Wyata Guna" Bandung Center for Disabilities are of high quality, accurate and reliable.

 

Head of Bandung "Wyata Guna" Center Sudarsono said that the purpose of this activity was to increase the capacity of the ISO Management Team in carrying out the ISO 9001: 2015 Internal Audit.

 

"Ensuring that the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System can run efficiently and effectively requires competent auditors who can carry out internal audits properly, so that Internal Audit Technique Training is carried out according to ISO 19011: 2018 standards," said Mariana Purwaningsih, Director of CV. Karya Zata Amani as an ISO certification consulting service company who accompanied "Wyata Guna" Bandung to obtain a certificate 9001: 2015.

 

The event, which took place from 24-25 May 2021, began with a Pre Test activity to determine the extent of understanding the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System standard, followed by material on Internal Audit Techniques, Audit Checklist Compilation Exercises, Quality Objective Compilation, Risk Management Results ended with the implementation of the Post Test as rounding off the understanding of the ISO Team of the "Wyata Guna" Bandung Disability Center on the Quality Management System.
