BEKASI (October 24, 2019) - One of the efforts to improve the quality of services to the Social Welfare Service Recipient (PPKS) in the implementation of the Social Rehabilitation Program 5.0 New Platform (Progress 5.0 NP), the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation carries out activities on the Preparation of Public Service Guidelines in the Directorate General Social Rehabilitation took place at Bekasi Harris Hotel on October 24-26 2019.

Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Edi Suharto in his direction at the opening of the said activity, said, "We must be able to ensure that social rehabilitation services for PPKS can be felt for PPKS itself, families and communities. As the President's first speech at the inauguration ago, that we must make delivered not just to sent."

Furthermore Edi Suharto hopes that these guidelines will later become the basis for the implementation of public services in each of the Public Service Units (UPP) within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation.

This activity was attended by 24 participants representing the Organization and Personnel Bureau, the Legal Bureau, the Public Relations Bureau, the Directorate of Social Rehabilitation of Children, the Directorate of Social Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Victims, the Secretariat Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, and Tepsa Officers.
