CIBINONG (July 10, 2024) - The Evaluator Team from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) carried out sampling related to the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Service Performance (PEKPP) at the Soeweno Inten Integrated Center (STIS) Bogor. Kemenpan RB led by Carina Firstca Utomo, accompanied by the Public Relations Bureau and OSDM Bureau Team of the Ministry of Social Affairs, was welcomed by Acting Head of STIS Bogor, Romal Sinaga.

Romal explained the public services at STIS, including innovative assistive devices for people with disabilities such as three-wheeled motorbikes and hearing and speech bracelets (GRUWI). The Evaluator Team also visited facilities and activities at STIS, seeing skills practices and assistive equipment products made by people with disabilities.

After the test, the Evaluator Team, the Public Relations Bureau Team of the Ministry of Social Affairs, and the STIS Bogor Team signed the Minutes. STIS Bogor was given one week to complete supporting data to increase the public service performance score from the very good (A-) category to excellent service (A).
