YOGYAKARTA (24 November 2019) - The ideals of realizing superior, strong and competent social welfare (HR)
human resources (HR) providers will be implemented if supported by good tools,
one of which is through the implementation of Certification.
Capacity building of the
assessors is in the framework of preparing professional certification of
professional accreditation. Assessor as the driving force in the organization,
as well as the spearhead in accelerating the success of social welfare
development.
"Certification will not
be separated from the 3 important components in its implementation consisting
of Competency Standards, Assessions, and Assessors," said the Head of the
Social Workers Professional Development Center and Social Instructor Tati
Nugrahati at The Rich Hotel, Yogyakarta.
"I hope that in this activity
there will be output in the form of work competency standards, elements, and
performance criteria (KUK) as a result of the preparation of assessors for use
in the competency test instrument," added Tati
Meanwhile Head of the Social
Research and Counseling Education Agency (Badiklit Pensos) Ministry of Social
Affairs (Kemensos) Syahabuddin in his remarks conveyed "Capacity Building
for Assessors is not only able to carry out its duties and functions but can
think out of the box, make breakthroughs in order to create a welfare service
system optimal social."
"When we talk about LSPS Assesor
capacity development issues, of course it is inseparable from the human
element, the implementation system and the development method itself, because
the key factor for an organization's success lies in the level of human
resources available in the organization," concluded Syahabuddin.
The Assessors Capacity
Building activity will be held for four day on Thursday-Sunday, November
21-24, 2019 at The Rich Hotel, Yogyakarta.
Participants who attended this activity were all assessors owned by the
Ministry of Social Certification Institute.
