Let's Take a Look at the Ministry of Social Affairs' Public Kitchen for Communities Affected by COVID-19

When a disaster occurs as it is today, one form of support from the Ministry of Social Affairs that is never overlooked is assistance in the form of food through the Field Public Kitchen (Dumlap). So, during the handling of non-natural disasters such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Social Affairs has also established a public kitchen that can provide 6,000 servings per day.

This public kitchen is located in one of the buildings owned by the Ministry of Social Affairs in the Kalibata area, South Jakarta, assisted by 70 Tagana personnel from DKI Jakarta. When the situation is like this, at work, they always prioritize safety first, something the government recommends, namely using masks and gloves. In fact, they had first carried out a COVID-19 Rapid Test to ensure their health.
