This is the golden voice of Oktria, a person with visual disabilities whom the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini, wants to bring to Jakarta to be taught at a vocal school. This class XII student of SMA LB is the son of Kastini, a recipient of the Family Hope Program (PKH) social assistance from Pangkalpinang, Bangka Belitung Islands Province.
