Minister of Social Affairs Persuade Basic Food Recipients to Share

The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara, persuaded residents who received basic food assistance to share with their neighbors in need. He conveyed this when he handed over basic food assistance to residents of Papanggo Village, Tanjung Priok District, North Jakarta on Monday afternoon (18/5).

On this occasion, he also said that after Eid, the community would still receive assistance three times. He hopes that the assistance can ease the burden on the affected community. He also urged the public to always pray that this pandemic would end soon and everything would be back to normal.
