Ministry of Social Affairs Creates Two Elderly Parks in Tasikmalaya

During National Elderly Day (HLUN) 2022, the Directorate of Social Protection for Victims of Social and Non-Natural Disasters (PSKBSNA) created two Elderly Parks, which are located in Cisayong District and Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency.

The facilities provided at Elderly Park include fish ponds for fish therapy on the feet, which are useful for improving blood circulation, removing dead skin cells, eliminating bacteria, and others. Then, reflection stones, which are beneficial for blood circulation and reduce stress for the elderly. Lastly, chairs to relax, communicate, or meet with local residents.

It is hoped that this Elderly Park can become a means of infrastructure, caring, and as a medium for gathering people around the location.
